Having issues with your Hushed number? Not happy with our service? Made an accidental purchase?
We're always happy to try and help resolve the issue you might be having! Please contact our support team at support@hushed.com for further assistance or to request a refund. We will respond within 1 business day at most (we try to respond as quickly as possible!)
For Unlimited Plan subscription refunds(iTunes only), please note that Hushed subscriptions are managed directly through your iTunes account and refunds need to be done through their support team. Keep in mind that cancellations for recurring monthly/annual purchases do not apply to the active subscription period and we are unable to provide refunds for the unused portion of the term.
In the event that any users violate any of the app's stated terms of service (https://hushed.com/terms-of-service), Hushed does reserve the right to terminate access to our services without refund.
