Hushed numbers that are purchased on 'Prepaid' and 'Pay-as-you-go' plans, as well as 'lifetime' offers' or 'unlimited subscriptions' cannot be changed or swapped for another number. If you do not wish to keep your number, please let it expire or delete it from your account.

• Minutes or SMS balances remaining on 'Prepaid' numbers are non-transferrable.
• Unlimited subscription numbers can be changed by first cancelling your subscription with iTunes/Google Play. Once the current billing period ends, you can select new numbers by repurchasing a subscription through the 'Add Number' menu.
