To delete your Hushed account directly from the app, follow these steps:
Your Hushed account can only be deleted from within your Hushed app. Please remember to disconnect any other services that are linked to Hushed, including but not limited to banking services, reminders and any other services requiring verification codes to prevent loss of access to these services.
To delete your Hushed account:
- Go to 'App Settings' (Click gear icon on top right of main menu screen)
- Select 'Account'
- Select 'Delete Account'

Follow the instructions and password prompt to permanently delete your Hushed account
⚠ Important:
- All account information (including credit balance, call history, messages, contacts, voicemail, etc.) will be permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered, transferred, or undone.
- Make sure your Hushed app is deleted from all devices that have ever been used to log in to remove all cached data.
- All unlimited plans can only be cancelled by at the point of purchase. This means only you can cancel your active subscriptions directly through your Hushed account, Apple App Store or Google Play.
