Looking to keep Hushed completely private? Go into incognito mode by turning off all app notifications! To access notification settings in the Hushed app, follow these steps:

Message/Marketing Notifications

1️⃣ Go to 'App Settings' (Click gear icon on top right of main menu screen)
2️⃣ Select 'Notifications'

•Toggle ON/OFF 'Marketing Notifications' (e.g. push notifications for offer promos, sales, etc.)
•Toggle ON/OFF 'Rich Text Message Notifications' (include picture previews in notification badges)

3️⃣ Select 'Permissions Settings':

•Toggle ON/OFF Permissions Settings directly from your device (e.g. Notifications, Badges, Sounds, etc.)

❗NOTE: You must be logged in with the Hushed app running or in background to actively receive notifications.

Expiry Notifications

Don’t let your Hushed number accidentally expire! Set notifications for 1, 24, 48, or 72 hours before your number's expiry date as a reminder for extending if you wish to keep it. You can also set 'Expired Notification' or 'Restorable Number Notification' for your Hushed numbers! To set expiry notifications for your Hushed Number, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to 'App Settings' (Click gear icon on top right of main menu screen)
2️⃣ Select 'Notifications'
3️⃣ Select 'Number Expiry Notifications'
4️⃣ Toggle ON/OFF 'Number Expiry Notifications' and set notifications to send 1/24/48/72 hours before your number's expiry date (in-app notifications only, email notifications are not affected), you can also toggle 'Expired Notification' or 'Restorable Number Notification'

❗NOTE: Expiry notifications are delivered via both e-mail (your Hushed username) AND app notifications.
