An interrupted purchase is what happens when you make a purchase via Google Play but do not receive your number package or credit package purchase.

If the purchase did not appear on your account, but you received a Google Play receipt, you can re-attempt your purchase in-app to restore it. To do so, please select the same country and plan as originally selected (no need to choose the same number) and this will force the first transaction through.
If this does not work, or you see the message "buying number failed" then the purchase was not able to be processed, and will be automatically refunded to you within 5 days of purchase.
❗NOTE: This only applies to Google Play in-app purchases for credit packages and prepaid (non-Unlimited Plan) numbers. If you purchased an Unlimited Plan subscription you should be able to restore your purchase in your Hushed account settings.
