Sound Settings | Why isn't my phone ringing? Follow
There are a few reasons why your Hushed number may not be ringing, below are some common resolutions, but if these don't work then please reach out to support at support@hushed.com
- In-app Sounds/Notifications May be Disabled -
Are your incoming calls and texts not ringing? Looking to silence the Hushed app? First, check this setting or disable all in-app sounds on Hushed by following these steps:
1️⃣ Go to 'App Settings' (Click gear icon on the top right of main menu screen)
2️⃣ Select 'Device & Sound'
3️⃣ Toggle 'In-app sound' ON/OFF
4️⃣ Toggle 'In-app vibrate' ON/OFF
- Calls are Being Forwarded Automatically to Voicemail -
To check if your calls are being forwarded Automatically to voicemail please use the steps below:
1️⃣ Select your Hushed number, and click "Settings" in the bottom right
2️⃣ Select 'Call Management'
3️⃣ Select 'Send Calls To Voicemail' and toggle this off
- Network Connectivity Issues -
If the Network is not connecting properly when the call comes in, it may get sent to voicemail without ringing, the best way to check this is to run the diagnostic in the Hushed app, if your results show an 'x' or '!' beside any of the tests then this is likely causing this issue, please click 'Send Results to Support' and our support team can look into this further!
Connecting to a different network may also help troubleshoot this!
