Unfortunately, we are unable to provide partial refunds for purchases made on any plans. If you wish to be refunded, your purchase must remain unused to be eligible.

Please note that your number plans can always be deleted should you find you no longer need to use it however once deleted the number, plan, and credits remaining will not be able to be restored.
