If you're experiencing issues with our app and are considering porting out your number, we’d be more than happy to help troubleshoot the problem. Feel free to reach out — we’re here to assist!
Hushed numbers, like traditional phone numbers, can be ported to another carrier at any time. To start the porting process, please contact the carrier you’d like to switch to. They will initiate the request and work directly with us to transfer your number.
Important: Before we can release your number, you’ll need to contact our support team for the required port-out information. As part of this process, we’ll also ask you to provide a screenshot of your most recent purchase receipt to verify your account.
