How to make a Google form anonymous Follow
A Google Form can be made anonymous but it requires some tweaking to the settings before it’s shared.
By default, Google Forms collects email addresses and, if you’re using it for work, can restrict responses to your organization (both of which reveal identity).
To make it anonymous: open your form, click Settings, and under “Responses,” make sure “Collect email addresses” is turned off. Also, uncheck “Restrict to users in [domain]” if applicable. This way, anyone with the link can respond without their name or email being recorded.
Keep in mind that responses may still capture metadata like time stamps. To truly protect participants, avoid asking for identifying information and make it clear in your intro that responses are confidential.
